Troubleshooting Guide
Symptom Cause(s) Action(s)
Low output
Check COLO, CAL1, and CAL2 settings
LED panels in wrong angle
One or more LEDs on a
panel do not illuminate
Faulty main control board
No LED illuminates
Control panel operates

Circuit breaker/fuse

Reduce total load placed on the electrical circuit
Short circuit along the power wires
Check for a short in the electrical wiring
Fixture does not power

Call CHAUVET® technical support

Battery switch off on WELL
No power to battery charger
Check for voltage on outlet
Blown fuse on flight case charger
Replace fuse (T 6.3 A @ 250 V)

to wired DMX or

Wrong polarity on the controller
Check polarity switch settings on the controller
Use only DMX compatible cables

Activate W-DMX from the Control Panel

Move the W-DMX transmitter closer to the WELL

Reposition the WELL for better reception
